Download RedSquare
Two things to grab: the app for your account, and the player for your screens. Both are free.
What is RedSquare?
RedSquare is a marketplace for advertising on the TVs in local businesses. A bar, barbershop or gym lists the screen it already has and sets a price per 10-second play, and a local business books plays on it. Every booking is free while we grow; once paid ad time opens, with at least 30 days' notice, the owner keeps 80% of the screen-time price.
The RedSquare app
For your account — phone or web
One app for everyone. Advertise on local screens, host your own screens, or both — switch between the advertiser and screen-owner dashboards anytime with a toggle.
- Both dashboards in one login — no separate accounts
- Use it on the web right now, on any phone or computer; on Android you can also install it
The Android app is in the device list below. There is no iPhone app yet: open redsquare.app in Safari.
The Screen Player
For the screens you want to put to work
Put your screen to work — no extra hardware. Start today: open tv.redsquare.app on the screen — nothing to install — then pair it with the code it shows. Free while we grow; earn 80% once paid ad time opens, with at least 30 days' notice.
- Works in a browser today; apps for TVs are coming to each device's store
- Opens to a pairing code — enter it in your screen-owner dashboard
Not for phones — a phone gets the RedSquare app above.
Use it in your browser now — tv.redsquare.app
Nothing to install. The quickest way to put a screen on RedSquare.
Start today: open tv.redsquare.app on the screen — nothing to install. It shows a pairing code; enter it at redsquare.app/add-screen to put the screen on RedSquare.
Most reliable: a computer, mini-PC or tablet connected to the TV. Many smart TVs' own browsers (recent Samsung and LG, and Fire TV's Silk browser) can open it too — if you see a pairing code, you're set. Roku and many Google/Android TVs have no web browser.

Before you download
Is RedSquare free to download?
Yes. The RedSquare app and the Screen Player are free, with no subscription. RedSquare earns 20% of the screen-time price when a booking is paid.
Which app do I need?
The RedSquare app runs your account, on the web or your phone. The Screen Player runs on the screen that shows the ads. A screen owner uses both; an advertiser only needs the app.
Do I need separate accounts to advertise and to host a screen?
No. Every account has both dashboards, with a toggle to switch.
Why does my device say it is not yet available?
Apps for Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung, LG, Roku and Apple TV are coming to each device's store, and builds are published one device at a time. Until yours is ready, open tv.redsquare.app in the screen's browser, or on a computer or tablet connected to it.
